Ambulatory Footwear is also directly linked to Small Project Specialists (S.P.S) which is a team of development consultants with extensive experience assisting, coordinating, organizing, preparing and evaluating small development projects overseas. We offer expertise in analyzing and evaluating both prospective and existing projects. In addition to being able to pin point specific project needs and do trouble shooting, we can conduct training in technical areas and project management . We look at project potential, record keeping, management skills, technical competence, marketing ability, economic viability and group dynamics in community settings. From a study we undertake, we are able to determine if a project can work or recommend what is needed to make a project successful. We also look at the potential benefits of a project. In our studies we can prepare an action plan outlining the order of procedures needed to be taken, designating who is responsible for specific tasks and when they should be done.
